The Casio F108WH Water Resistant Digital Blue Resin Strap Watch is a sport watch that has an hourly beeping signal, an alarm, LED light, a stop watch, measuring modes, 50-m water resistance and a battery that would last 7 years. The window is made of mineral crystal and instead of the usual bands we see which are black, this one is made of blue resin band with a buckle closure.
Because this is a sport watch, you could use this for general sports like snorkeling and swimming but steer clear of diving with this watch.
I own a few watches for diving and sports and have loved all of them, but have never own a color like this one. I purchased this because I needed a watch that wasn’t the same as my usual watches. If you haven’t guessed yet, I own the common color variants of sport watches and it bore me.
One night, I stumbled upon this watch and saw that the Casio F108WH Water Resistant Digital Blue Resin Strap Watch is a no-fuss watch that’s cheap but looks very high quality. At the time, the watch was only $13 but since it took me a few weeks to decide if I should get this or not, I got it for around $16.
If you have already other sport watches that’s G-Shock or Baby G, this is just the same as those. I don’t think you will still need a watch like this one in your life, except if you just really like the color. Also, most G-Shock watches are priced at $80 and up but this one is less than $20, so if you’re on the hunt for a budget-friendly and long-wearing watch, then this could be what you need.
This water-resistant watch is priced at $15.95. the case diameter is 42.4 mm and the thickness is 10.26 mm. the width of the band could fit up to 23.7 mm. I think your kid would like this watch since it’s also very kid-friendly.
Some of the things I like about the watch are the following:
– It’s inexpensiveness.
– Can be worn to the waterpark or the beach (My entire family enjoys the water)
– It’s sturdy and durable
– It has all the functions a normal person needs
– The battery life is up to 7 years
Sometimes it gets hard for me to push the buttons but maybe it’s only I have big fingers. However, the accessibility of each function through the buttons is no problem for me.
Once I tried to turn off the alarm, it took me a couple of button-pressing to actually turn it off. To stop the alarm, only one specific button does the job. The ringing won’t stop unless you press the button for it so it can get a bit annoying.
Because of its price, I’m going to say that you can’t expect for this watch not to fade after so many years. I’m pretty sure its bright blue color would change in time.
